Meet the Team

Tony Machin, CEO

Tony was part of a management buy-in in 2013 and has since led TrustID through a transformation program of significant upgrades in technology and services, delivering year on year growth. Tony’s previous experience in corporate finance and as CEO of a leading UK financial services organisation means he brings strong leadership and excellent knowledge of compliance and regulatory matters related to identity checking.

David Park, Commercial Director

David joined TrustID in 2014 and oversees all product development and operational activities. Previously he spent 15 years delivering secure document processing solutions to government and private sector clients.

Matt Green-Armytage, Client Services Director

Matt’s experience as an officer in the British Army has provided him with first class organisational and leadership skills. For the last four years, he has developed and led our Client Services team who deliver, what we believe to be unrivalled customer support in our sector. Thanks to Matt and team we retain over 97% of clients beyond our original contract term.

Christie Lewis, Client Service Manager

Christie works with our clients to ensure the smooth deployment of systems and the delivery of ongoing services. This includes our document helpdesk, which provides advice and guidance on suspect documents and compliance matters, including Right to Work. Christie previously worked as an immigration officer for UK Border Force.

Andy Chang-Walker, Product Development Manager

Andy has been designing and developing secure document processing systems for the last 15 years. He has led the transformation of TrustID’s technology platforms since 2014 as we strive to make the process of checking ID as seamless as possible for our clients through the use of easy to use, intelligent software applications.

Gavin Burton, Strategic Development Director

Gavin works closely with government, industry bodies and clients to ensure TrustID stays at the forefront of regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to joining TrustID in 2016, Gavin had a 25-year career with the Metropolitan Police Service, latterly heading up their fraudulent document unit. Gavin is well placed to help TrustID understand current thinking and upcoming changes in regulation, so that we can make sure our systems are up to date and helping to keep clients compliant with regulation.
