Marketing Assistant

This is a busy and varied position with great opportunities to learn and develop. We’re looking for a self-starter who’s happy to get involved with all areas of marketing. You will report to the Marketing Manager.

Your core responsibilities in this role will include:

· Analysing and tracking marketing performance against monthly targets
· Undertaking competitor analysis to stay on top of industry trends
· Helping to plan and implement our organic and paid search strategy
· Suggesting and planning website content based on keyword research
· Tracking and analysing website traffic flow
· Website management using WordPress
· Assisting with campaign design, delivery and analysis
· Creating and publishing engaging content for online platforms

About you:

· A forward thinker, and proactive individual
· Problem solver not afraid to challenge the status quo
· Proven data and analytical skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Education to degree level (depending on right candidate)
· Good IT skills with knowledge of ExCel, Hubspot and/or Salesforce (preferred)

Office based: 4 days in office, 1 day at home
