As Managing Director of both uCheck and Trust ID, Jack’s focus is on bringing exceptional services to our customers. Before joining uCheck and the Citation Group in December 2023, Jack was the MD of Computershare Communication Services, managing teams across the UK, Germany, and South Africa.

With an emphasis on dedication to compliance and communication technologies, Jack supports over 75,000 customers across both uCheck and Trust ID, ensuring their verification needs are met, and their candidates get the best possible experience.

Under Jack’s direction, uCheck and Trust ID are working closely together, driven by the aim to bring together our market leading expertise in both Right to Work and DBS checks.

But above all else, Jack is a family man at heart. He loves to spend time with his two children, playing rugby, golf, and padel, or going out for a great pub lunch.

Matt’s experience as an officer in the British Army has provided him with first class organisational and leadership skills. He joined TrustID in January 2014 and since then has developed and led our Document Helpdesk and Client Services team who deliver what we believe to be unrivalled customer support in our sector.

Matt took over as Head of Operations at the end of 2020. Thanks to Matt and team, we retain over 97% of clients beyond our original contract term.

Steven has worked in Software Development for 30 years, both as a Developer and as a Technical Project Manager.

Very delivery-focused, he thrives on process refinement, lean thinking, and automation to deliver business value as quickly as possible.

At TrustID, Steven is developing our high performing Agile Software Development Team and keeping us at the forefront of development practices and innovation.

Sarah joined TrustID in 2015 and has over 25 years’ experience in B2B Sales and Marketing, focused on SMEs and larger multi-national companies. Her background as a linguist means she’s happy working in English, French and German and she’s held both UK and pan-European roles.

At TrustID, Sarah leads the marketing and inbound sales teams.

Mark has worked in the identity and biometrics industry for over 20 years with specific responsibility for secure credentials (including epassports, visas, ID Cards) and biometric devices and enrolment solutions (passport and fingerprint scanners, facial recognition technology and eGate solutions). He has managed customer relationships with a range of UK Government Departments, led large complex Government tender responses and managed technology partner relationships.

At TrustID, Mark heads up the new business development and key account management teams.
