Employers using Talos ATS can easily trigger right-to-work checks for progressed candidates directly from the system.

2. Candidate Receives and Completes Verification

Candidates receive an email with a link to complete their essential right-to-work check, powered by TrustID.

3. Data Automatically Synced Back to Talos ATS

Once the verification is completed, the candidate’s right-to-work status is securely transferred back into Talos ATS, ready for the next stage of onboarding.

4. Streamlined and Compliant Hiring Process
