Understanding Companies House ID Verification: What You Need to Know

From 18th November 2025, all UK company directors, PSCs, and LLP members must verify their identity with Companies House. This landmark change under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act (ECCTA) introduces new verification requirements that can be completed either directly through GOV.UK or via an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP).
