A new chapter in TrustID’s story

TrustID are delighted to announce an important and exciting chapter in our story.

Since 2006, TrustID have been at the forefront of identity document verification services; we now provide thousands of customers with millions of checks each year. In 2026, we joined the Citation Group, strengthening our position as experts in identity verification and compliance and allowing us to keep improving the services our customers rely on.

Meet our new logo 

Together with the Citation Group, we’ve taken the opportunity to evolve the TrustID brand.

We’re proud to introduce our new logo, which now features Citation’s distinctive ‘Forward Motion Swirl’. It reflects our commitment to moving forward, staying responsive to changes in the identity verification landscape, and continually improving what we do for you.

You’ll also notice an updated colour palette. Our cool blues remain, reflecting our calm, clear and considered approach to verification. We’ve also introduced a fresh green as a key accent, bringing a modern feel that’s inspired by the world around us.

What this means for you

At its core, TrustID remains the same. You’ll still find the same people, the same expertise and the same commitment to accurate, straightforward identity verification. Whether you’re an employer seeking Right to Work checks, an ACSP who needs verification tools, or a business wanting to check the identities of your customers, we’re there for you.

Besides the new branding, our TrustID portal is staying the same – and there’s nothing you need to update if you have an API integration. We’re here to make this change as smooth and stress-free as it can be.
